Dear Visitor

I am Deloris Lolita Martin (known as Dolly) and I’m passionate about dance! I started as a business woman in 1991 when I was 17 years old providing dancers and entertainers, choreographing shows, mentoring and providing professional development within the entertainment and leisure industry.

Concurrent with this I also had a successful career modelling with an international agent and spent time travelling the world.

I have a BA (hons) degree in Business, IT and Spanish and a PGCE in secondary education as well as 29 years’ experience managing my own businesses.

I am motivated and want to develop a dance company that is recognised for making a positive contribution to people’s lives as well as developing a strong presence within the health and wellbeing sector. I am enthusiastic and passionate about what I do and the contribution that the company can make to develop positive attitudes to exercise and dance.

I am the founder director and CEO, I take a very hands on approach to the company, and along with my fantastic team I develop all the programmes and packages for the company. I am responsible for the development, growth and expansion of the business within the sector. My ethos is that anyone can enjoy dance irrespective of age, background or physical ability.

I firmly believe that providing health and wellbeing opportunities at a neighbourhood level is the best way to engage with people to address their health and wellbeing needs. I am also committed to engaging with individuals who historically are hard to reach, disadvantaged or socially isolated or excluded.
