Sessions take place at our studios at North East Dance on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We also provide outreach activities at Chillingham House, Sunderland, ensuring wider community access. We’re thrilled to introduce our new project, "Ageless Athletes," a community-centred initiative designed to improve the health and well-being of Sunderland’s senior population. This programme aims to deliver inclusive, seated exercise sessions for people aged 60 and above, including those with chronic conditions and mobility challenges. Through engaging and accessible activities, we want to foster a healthier, happier, and more connected senior community. We’re excited to kick off this project and welcome the seniors of Sunderland to join us for a fun and inclusive fitness experience. It’s never too late to start moving, and with the right support, everyone can enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle. If you or someone you know is interested, get in touch with us through our website or social media. Let’s work together to create a healthier, more connected community for Sunderland’s seniors.
